Avonex: 

[30 min wait -> 1 min injection]

Keep refrigerated 

- Thaw one ready made injection for 30 minutes, Advil, ice site  and press button 

Extavia/Betaseron:

[30+ min preparation of medicine, 2  min injection]

Keep room temperature 

- Advil/naproxen

- connect vial, syringe and needle then add sodium chloride solute into powdered Extavia, gently mix together and dilute until clear

- measure out dose then detach vial

-alcohol wipe to clean injection site, dry and pinch together site. 

- Remove needle cap and inject site at 90 degrees, then push the syringe until end. Pull out then clean site with alcohol wipe.
